Basically, its a diet which INCLUDES food groups rather than EXCLUDING them. The name itself says it. “FLEX” for “FLEXIBLE”.
It’s all about increasing PLANT-BASED foods while limiting meat intake. And yes, you can still hit your PROTEIN targets and reach those FITNESS goals. It’s just about being mindful and finding fun, new, tasty sources of protein. Not only is this great for your own personal health but the well-being of the planet.
